XSEARCH Clustering Engine helps users to find and better understand the information they need. Instead of only seeing tens of thousands of search results, the users see a broader context of their queries - results grouped into thematically similar clusters. The clusters are generated dynamically, »on the fly«, in real-time at the moment of search. ALL RELEVANT RESULTS AT ONE GLANCEThe XSEARCH Clustering Engine provides all results perfectly grouped, providing the easiest navigation and quickest access to search results. You can easily filter out irrelevant information, and maybe even discover aspects you wouldn't have spotted at all using a regular search engine. START OUT OF THE BOX There is no need for complex taxonomies or a classification system. The XSEARCH Clustering Engine provides first-rate performance without endless preparation. MAXIMUM QUALITY The XSEARCH Clustering Engine combines semantic algorithms with linguistic resources into one unique technology. Cluster-labelling therefore is astonishing concise and precise. A COMPLETE LINGUISTIC ENGINE Numerous options are available for optimal language adjustment. Stop words, synonyms, cluster labels and preferred words with specific rating, can, among others, be customized. The integrated XSEARCH Linguistic Engine provides stemming, compound break-down, synonyms and Part of Speech information based on your individual content for unique Clustering results. MULTI-LANGUAGE CAPABILITY The Clustering Engine supports real linguistic preprocessing of German, English, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, and Spanish data. MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE The architecture, consequently built with the goal of high performance in mind, allows extremely quick clustering: 200 results are clustered in ca. 100 ms , 400 results in ca. 200 ms. FINE-TUNING Around 50 parameters can be adjusted to achieve even better search results, specialized for your content and your requirements. VARIOUS POSSIBILITIES Using XML, search results can be transmitted to the XSEARCH Clustering Engine directly using an API or over HTTP connection.The Clustering Engine can work on a different Server than the Search Engine, as it never accesses the index data. Relying on a 100% Java infrastructure, it can work on Windows and many UNIX systems, including Linux. |
